Mr. Eric Adjei is a seasoned entrepreneur, business leader, and youth development professional with over a decade of experience in both public and private sectors. His expertise spans project management, strategic leadership, business development, and innovation.
Throughout his career, Mr. Adjei has played pivotal roles in shaping businesses and empowering young entrepreneurs. He has served on the boards of financial institutions, successfully led an agricultural enterprise as CEO, and managed youth development projects and marketing initiatives.
A strong advocate for entrepreneurship and innovation, he is dedicated to creating sustainable employment opportunities for the youth. His deep understanding of local government, corporate governance, and strategic partnerships enables him to drive impactful change in the business ecosystem.

Joan Selasie Ahiawordor Esq. (Deputy CEO)
Joan Selasie Ahiawordor is a Private Legal Practitioner and an Associate at Legal Anchor. Called to the Bar in 2021, she holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science from the University of Ghana, Legon. She has also undertaken leadership training, including a certificate course in Women in Politics and Leadership from the Friedrich Ebert Stiftung in Ghana.
With expertise in commercial litigation, labour law, family law, land litigation, debt recovery, conveyancing, and immigration services for expatriates in Ghana, Joan is known for her critical thinking, keen attention to detail, and adherence to high ethical and professional standards.
Beyond her legal practice, Joan is also an entrepreneur. She holds a Diploma in Spa Therapy from FC Beauty College and certifications in Cosmetics Formulation from Nature’s Genesis Cosmetics Science Institute and Annur Beauty Academy, Nigeria. She is the founder of Joan Skin, a skincare brand dedicated to formulating products tailored for melanin-rich skin.
