The National Entrepreneurship & Innovation Programme (NEIP) is a flagship policy initiative of the Government of Ghana, established to provide integrated national support for start-ups and small businesses.
Its primary objective is to create at least 10,000 sustainable businesses annually through business development services, startup incubators, and funding — enabling young businesses to grow and become competitive both locally and internationally.
NEIP is part of Ghana's broader vision to consolidate its middle-income status by building an industry-driven economy that provides sustainable and decent jobs for its citizens.
